You will stay in a guesthouse approved by the association "Fleurs de Soleil", which guarantees both the quality of the service and the warmth of the hospitality you will receive, per its ISO 9001-certified charter of 2002.
Our rooms were set up with you in mind; we cater to your comfort and well being, and strive for your satisfaction. We have chosen to devote our time, enthusiasm, and conviviality and share with you our beautiful place. We do not consider ourselves hospitality professionals, though.
Some advices to ensure the quality of your stay:
Arrival: Your rooms will be available for check-in starting at 5:00 pm. We are available ourselves between 5:00 and 7:00 pm to welcome you. Please make sure to contact us in the event you wish to check in at a different time. Also, prior arrangements are required in the event you wish to drop off your luggage ahead of check-in time, in which case we recommend you to do so between 11:00 and 12:00 am, so that you may enjoy the local points of interest during the day.
Departure: We do request that your room be freed no later than 11:00 am, so that we may have some time to thoroughly clean it prior to the arrival of incoming guests.
Swimming pool: Our pool meets the regulatory safety standards, however we do require that parents be present at all times in order to ensure the safety of their children and maintain the serenity of the pool area. We will not be liable in the event of any accident.
Meals: We will serve you a copious, savory, and complimentary breakfast between 8:30 and 10:00 am. In the event you wish to enjoy any other meals at “Les Santolines”, our outdoor summer kitchen is both spacious and fully equipped. We do request that all meals be enjoyed exclusively within these facilities, rather than in your room. Evening meal is served at 20:pm.
For strict security reasons (we are located in a fire-prone area), and out of respect for your neighbors and our subsequent guests, we maintain a strictly smoke-free environment both in the garden and in your room.
Our beloved female Golden Retriever, Allia, is very sweet and will stay out of your room. Unfortunately, she prevents us from welcoming any other pets within our compound.
